Job description About The Work and Our Team We are professional, agile, and our goal is to Bridge the gap between food surplus and local hunger.
Must be available early week day mornings to drive truck to local grocery stores.
Physically load food donations onto refrigerated box with use of pallet jacks and uboats.
Foods are then distributed out the same day to local churches and food programs.
This is a part time position 3 days a week, with opportunity for more days.
Ideal for someone who already has a working schedule with reliable availability Mon Wed and Fri mornings between 6 am and 2 pm.
Must be satisfied with part time role.
Starting $18 per hour with room for regular promotions for consistent work ethic, safe driving, and safe operations.

Route is usually finished well before 2 pm.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and can follow directions effectively.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience driving trucks, familiar with the area, great attitude, and is physically capable of loading and offloading a couple thousand pounds of food each day.
Responsibilities: Load and unload food Logging and recording pounds Deliver to customer locations Driving 4 - 6 hours, three days a week Keep truck clean and report on maintenance concerns Upload pictures of donation logs and receipts to dropbox folder Disclaimer: We are not hiring people who are only looking to work a few weeks and make a quick pay check.
This is not a quick pay check.
You will have to go through a hiring process through Simple HR and pass a drug test.
It can take at least three weeks until you are in the payroll system as a W2 employee and your hours can be processed.
We are paid biweekly.
