- Certified personal trainer and/or strength & conditioning coach with relevant qualifications (e.
g.
, CSCS, NSCA-CPT, NASM, etc.
)
- Solid understanding of progressions and regressions for individuals of varying fitness levels and abilities
- Ability to create tailored and effective training programs for both general fitness clients and middle school/high school athletes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with and motivate clients of all ages
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals
_*Responsibilities: *_
- Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions for general fitness clients, providing guidance, support, and personalized training programs
- Develop and implement comprehensive strength & conditioning programs for middle school and high school athletes, including appropriate progressions and regressions - Educate clients on proper form and technique to improve performance and prevent injuries
- Track clients' progress, adjust training programs as needed, and provide ongoing motivation and support
- Stay updated with the latest research, trends, and best practices in strength & conditioning and personal training
