Assistant Montessori Teacher

Previous Montessori experience is not required but is nice to have.
We will give you the tools to learn about the role.
We're looking for enthusiastic, adaptable Assistant Guides who have a passion for working with children ages 3 to 6 years old and curiosity about a Montessori environment.
We are looking for people available Full-Time between the hours of 7 am - 3 pm Monday - Friday until May and the option to work during the summer.
About You Minimum Qualifications: • Experience working with young children ages 0-6 in a group care environment, such as a daycare, preschool, camp, or aftercare program • Have a valid state background check • First Aid/CPR Certification Nice to Have: • Experience as a caregiver, educator, or coach • Warm and friendly demeanor • Interest in working in a Montessori environment • Passionate about connecting with parents and colleagues What we offer: • 12 accrued Paid Time Off days • Career growth and promotion opportunities with a network of supportive peers and mentors who regularly share best practices • A competitive salary • The opportunity to contribute to a high-quality authentic Montessori program that serves the individual needs of each child Job Types: Contract, Full-time Pay: Up to $15.
