General Description
Tyonek is seeking applications in anticipation of a contract award for AF Cyber Operations Instructional Systems Development to perform duties below:
Duties
Augment and support the Government in course development planning, project management, planning timeline for design and development of CyO and IO formal training courses, lessons, and related courseware material (e.
g.
a Gantt chart, critical path method, or other agreed upon project management process).
Contractor shall develop curriculum IAW applicable MTTL and TTL requirements as well as audit and edit all developed courseware for accuracy, completeness, flow, balance, and clarity of understanding, IAW 39 IOS SOPs/OIs, and ACC Instructions.
Contractor shall assist in the development of Training Systems Requirements Analysis to include Mission/Task Analysis (MTA), Training Requirements Analysis (TRA), Objective Media Analysis (OMA), and Training Systems Basis Analysis (TSBA).
Contractor shall assist in the analysis of all tasks performed in the operation and maintenance of the weapon system; and assist in producing a MTTL for each mission area.
Contractor shall analyze Task Analysis Worksheets to ensure training requirements are derived by identifying Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes (KSA) needed to perform each task, and comparing the entry level of learning to the required Bloom's taxonomy level of learning.
Contractor shall provide instructional strategies, methods, media analysis, objective analysis media and a syllabus/course map.
Education/Experience Requirements
4+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree and completed CCAF ISD Certification Or
7+ years of experience with Associates Degree and Graduate of AF ISD Course
Required familiarity with Department of Defense Information Systems, Air Force and Joint Cyber Mission Forces, Air Force and Joint Cyber Operations, and Cyber Weapon Systems
Desired familiarity with Intelligence Support to Cyber, Operational and Tactical planning, Cyber Threat Intelligence Analysis, Information Security, Operating Systems, Cyber Attacks and Penetration Testing
Top Secret/SCI Clearance is Mandatory
