As an Assistant Property Manager, you support the day-to-day management of a multifamily property in a variety of areas, including leasing oversite, maintenance oversite, administrative functions, and operational reporting.
The How…
Using your two-plus years of multifamily property management experience, you will work with a Property Manager or Area Manager to manage a team of leasing and maintenance professionals to provide exceptional service and support to our residents, employees, and vendors.
You will use your experience with multifamily property management software such as AMSI and Entrata to drive revenue, ensuring competitive rental rates at leasing, accurate recordkeeping, reporting, and timely rent collection each month.
Your keen eye for detail is essential for prioritizing work and ensuring that the property always looks its best and operates at its peak.
You aren’t afraid to engage in difficult conversations with employees and residents, hearing their concerns and issues and seeking to understand and find a resolution.
